Welcome to Calming Creek Care: Where Healing is Personal

At Calming Creek Care, Judith Armstrong brings not only 24 years of nursing experience—but a deeply personal understanding of what it means to heal. As a board-certified Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Judith has long been dedicated to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. Her journey began as a Registered Nurse, expanded into Neonatal Nurse Practitioner work, and evolved into psychiatric care when she saw the growing mental health needs in her community.

For 14 years, Judith cared for the most fragile patients in Neonatal ICUs. She's also served in Women's Health, Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, Adult ICU, and Psychiatry—gaining a broad and deeply empathetic understanding of what patients and families go through across every stage of life. Her career has spanned both metropolitan hospitals and rural clinics, fueling her mission to make affordable, high-quality care accessible to all.

But a life-altering knee injury in 2024 shifted everything.

When traditional medicine couldn’t offer the healing she needed, Judith turned to regenerative therapy—specifically Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF). One injection changed her life. The experience sparked a new passion: supporting the body’s ability to heal itself, naturally.

That moment became a turning point in her practice.

Today, in addition to psychiatric care and medication management, Judith now offers a range of regenerative wellness services, including:

  • PRF Joint Injections

  • PRF Aesthetics

  • Hair and Acne Rejuvenation

  • Theriome Metabolomic Testing & Consulting

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy

Her holistic approach to care reflects what she’s lived: that true healing often comes from treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Outside of her clinic, Judith enjoys life on her family’s cattle ranch, soaking in the beauty of the outdoors, crocheting, and spending time with her beloved grandsons. Whether you're navigating a mental health challenge or exploring natural options for physical healing, you'll find in Judith a trusted, experienced, and caring partner on your journey.
